Tanla Launches Trubloq - World's First Blockchain Enabled Commercial Communication Stack





Tanla Solutions Ltd, proposes to launch a new platform (Trubloq), the world's first blockchain enabled commercial communication stack at the Mobile World Congress, 2019.

Tanla will unveil its new platform, the world's first blockchain enabled commercial communication stack, at MWC19, Barcelona. Shri. R S Sharma, Chairman, TRAI, will grace the occasion to launch the platform. Alongside, will be some of the biggest names of Telecom industry participating in a panel discussion.

Trubloq, powered by Tanla, is a blockchain-based communication stack that empowers individual mobile subscribers to truly own, control and manage commercial communications. Trubloq will also enable businesses to build trusted relationships with their consumers.

TRUBLOQ is inspired by the regulatory vision of TRAI, addressing unsolicited commercial communications (UCC), with the release of their new guideline in 2018. This regulation enhances the compliance requirement for addressing the consent of subscribers and mandates the implementation of the regulation using Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).

Shares of TANLA SOLUTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10872 in over 49 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 35.65 and intraday low of 33.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 377892.

With the help of TRUBLOQ, telecom service providers can now eliminate fraudulent activities and safeguard users against spam, frauds and sensitive issues like data privacy. Tanla has announced that Vodafone India will be the first Telecom Operator to go live on Trubloq and will be their first customer.

At the Mobile World Congress 2019, Tanla Solutions introduced the first of its kind blockchain enabled commercial communication stack - TRUBLOQ. The product was unveiled in the presence of TRAI Chairman, R S Sharma and has been developed to comply with the new TRAI regulation where mobile users can set and manage their communication preferences and consents.


With the help of TRUBLOQ, telecom service providers can now eliminate fraudulent activities and safeguard users against spam, frauds and sensitive issues like data privacy. This kind of telecom solution comes as a rescue from the issues of commercial communication with respect to Trust, Security, Spam, Fraud and privacy breaches. In an attempt to safeguard against Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) and privacy breaches, TRAI has sought to Trubloq for a distributed ledger, artificial intelligence and machine learning. 


This comprehensive regulation is built on two key facets of empowering and safeguarding mobile consumers. With a strong focus on recording customer consent and preferences, the regulation unlocks all good virtues of blockchain i.e. Trust, Security, Immutability and creating a digital audit trail.
